What is included with my order?
Each order includes one LUNVERRA Foldable Outdoor Camping Chair in your selected colour and its matching carry bag.
What materials are used?
The chair uses 600D Oxford fabric with an aluminium-alloy frame. It is designed to provide portable seating for camping, fishing, beach trips, picnics, sporting events, and other outdoor activities.
What are the chair dimensions?
The open size is approximately 55 × 50 × 82 cm. The folded size is approximately 50 × 9.5 × 31 cm. Small measurement differences may occur.
What is the maximum supported load?
The stated maximum load is 100 kg. Always place the chair on firm, level ground and inspect it before use.
Which colours are available?
The chair is currently offered in Black and Beige, subject to availability.
Is the chair suitable for travel?
Yes. The folding frame and carry bag make it easier to store and transport. Check the product dimensions to make sure it suits your intended use and available storage space.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is normally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We send tracking information by email after dispatch when tracking is available. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first carrier update.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
