Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any optional faster service and its cost will be displayed at checkout when available.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is normally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking update.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact admin@shoplunverra.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
